• Guide prospective families through K-12 online schooling options via inbound and outbound calls 📞

• Meet performance metrics related to attendance, productivity, enrollments, and customer satisfaction 🎯

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (CEF C1 level or above) 🌐
• High School diploma or equivalent (education and experience combined)
• Must be 18 years or older and reside within an approved state 🏡
• 1 or more years of customer service experience (preferred) ⭐
