Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to verify proposals for mail-out accounts before paperwork is mailed and to follow up on those accounts ensuring timely document returns. πβ³

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and internal customers.
- Communicating and following up with owners via phone, email, and letter regarding outstanding contract documents, helping them sign electronically or by mail.
- Assisting owners with questions about documents, payments, usage inquiries, and account details.
- Verifying sales proposals from internal teams to ensure accuracy before entering contracts into the system.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangement after training: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
- Six weeks of paid on-site training, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to commute and work at our Ocoee office.
- Notary of Public certification.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and modem required.
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to make and receive calls comfortably.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computer issues.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and calculators.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and screens.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate professionally with team members and customers.
- Customer service, document management, banking, or timeshare experience preferred.
