Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to verify proposals for mail-out accounts before paperwork is mailed and to follow up on those accounts ensuring timely document returns. πŸ“β³

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and internal customers.
  • Communicating and following up with owners via phone, email, and letter regarding outstanding contract documents, helping them sign electronically or by mail.
  • Assisting owners with questions about documents, payments, usage inquiries, and account details.
  • Verifying sales proposals from internal teams to ensure accuracy before entering contracts into the system.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Hybrid work arrangement after training: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
  • Six weeks of paid on-site training, Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to commute and work at our Ocoee office.
  • Notary of Public certification.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
  • High-speed internet connection and modem required.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Ability to make and receive calls comfortably.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for computer issues.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and calculators.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and screens.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate professionally with team members and customers.
  • Customer service, document management, banking, or timeshare experience preferred.
