What to Expect

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product information, addressing questions, and resolving issues related to our energy solutions such as the Powerwall and Wall Connector residential chargers.

Responsibilities 🛠️

• Deliver exceptional verbal and written support: Assist customers via phone and email with technical and general inquiries.
• Assess customer needs: Creatively and proactively resolve issues concerning our energy products.
• Determine support actions: Identify the best course of action and escalate concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Accurate data entry: Record issues and customer interactions precisely in CRM/support systems.

What You'll Bring 🎯

• Experience: 2+ years in a customer support role; experience in technical environments is a plus.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Technical familiarity: Knowledge of CRM systems and support practices.
• Attention to detail: Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
