Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Bilingual Energy Services Program Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will deliver low-to-no cost energy upgrades to customers in Oregon, ensuring seamless project coordination and exceptional customer service. You will develop trusted partnerships with clients, community organizations, tradespeople, and internal teams to make a meaningful impact.

Note: Candidates must reside in Oregon or SW Washington. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Reliable transportation is a plus, as travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Manage multiple energy efficiency projects across various phases, supporting customers and coordinating with contractors.
• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers and contractors via email and calls, addressing inquiries related to the energy program.
• Document conversations, provide product and service recommendations, and guide customers through program participation.
• Identify and collaborate with the team to remove project roadblocks and ensure timely completion.
• Support customer qualification, data entry, and incentive processing activities.
• Manage program data, prepare, analyze, and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain ongoing communication with participating customers, collecting feedback and assessing their needs.
• Implement and recommend program improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and review documentation, coordinate with internal and external departments, and participate in community events to raise awareness about energy-saving practices and programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, or construction project management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills along with excellent writing and reporting abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under stress, manage interruptions, and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation & Additional Details

Salary Range: $48,800.00 – $66,300.00 USD

Note: Salary is determined based on internal equity, experience, market data, applicable degrees, and certifications. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks.
