📝 Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate job candidates
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
• Match qualified candidates with client job openings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates
• Make outbound cold calls to local businesses to generate new client relationships and staffing opportunities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Coordinate onboarding, employment paperwork, and orientations
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job orders in the system
• Assist with employee relations, attendance issues, and performance concerns
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate updates
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Support office operations including answering phones and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or office work preferred
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

💰 Compensation & Location

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
