About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual expert in linguistics to help improve AI chatbot performance by measuring their progress, evaluating their reasoning, and creating novel conversational content in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities ✍️

• Perform writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots
• Assess outputs for correctness, logic, and performance
• Create and evaluate conversational content to teach chatbots appropriate responses

Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Detail-oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
