About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong linguistic background to measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and develop content to enhance their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI-generated responses for accuracy and performance.
• Create novel conversations to teach chatbots appropriate dialogue in both Russian and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Expertise in linguistics at an advanced level
• Attention to detail
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required
