About the Role

We are seeking a skilled linguist with expertise in both Russian and English to measure the progress of AI chatbots, assess their reasoning, and develop conversational content that improves their performance.

Responsibilities 📋

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated responses
• Develop novel conversational scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses

Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both English and Russian
• Attention to detail
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
