We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Educational Content Developer (Japanese/English) to help us improve AI chatbots. Your responsibilities will include measuring chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and creating engaging conversations to teach them appropriate responses. A high level of linguistic expertise in both languages is essential.

📋 Responsibilities

• ✍️ Assign and review writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots
• 🧠 Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI outputs
• 🗣️ Engage in conversations with chatbots in both Japanese and English to monitor progress
• 📖 Create novel dialogues to teach chatbots appropriate language use

🎓 Qualifications

• 🗣️ Fluency in both English and Japanese
• 🔍 Detail-oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• 🎓 A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
