Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Educational Content Developer (Japanese/English) to contribute to training and refining AI chatbots. Your role involves measuring chatbot progress, evaluating their responses, and creating new conversational content to enhance AI performance.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality of AI-generated responses for accuracy and performance
• Develop novel conversations in Japanese and English to instruct chatbots on appropriate responses

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Attention to detail and precision
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
