✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three+ years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction within a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills, including familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to manage high volumes of challenging files and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
