We’re seeking a passionate bilingual Documentation Specialist to help create clear, comprehensive training and internal materials that support our mission to deliver high-quality child care access for all.

Hundreds of agencies utilize our applications via cloud or mobile devices to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and serve families effectively.

What You’ll Do 🛠️

  • Content Creation & Publishing: Write, edit, and review technical materials such as online manuals, Zingtree templates, technical overviews, and videos. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting for publication.
  • Collaboration: Work with project managers, developers, and staff to gather information, develop content strategies, and maintain documentation & training resources.
  • Instructional Design: Develop or select visual and learning aids to improve training effectiveness.
  • Internal Documentation Management: Organize and maintain internal documents and files to ensure easy access and current information.
  • Technical Knowledge Acquisition: Gain comprehensive understanding of KinderSystems’ products to document features and updates accurately.

Who You Are 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills; technical writing experience is a plus.
  • SaaS Support Experience: Background in support centers, especially SaaS environments, with multitasking skills across multiple systems.
  • Problem Solver: Critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and persistence in resolving issues.
  • Childcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with subsidized childcare programs; experience with KinderSystems software is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with multi-authoring tools like MadCap, Flare, Vimeo, WordPress, and ClipChamp is a bonus.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively, manage resources, and communicate well with others.
