Position Overview 📝

The Document Control Coordinator examines current policies and procedures, coordinating development strategies to enhance regulatory control systems. Ensuring all strategies comply with local, state, and federal regulations, this role involves analyzing, evaluating, and implementing new regulatory systems to optimize operations or introduce new technologies.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Review and align records, reports, receipts, and documents with company policies, health and safety, and manufacturing procedures
• Research discrepancies and operational issues, developing analyses and presenting findings to management
• Train and coordinate staff for compliance with regulatory policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, conduct safety programs, and hold staff meetings for best practices
• Manage documentation to ensure up-to-date regulatory compliance
• Handle additional duties and special projects to support efficient and compliant operations
• Stay current with industry trends, technology, regulations, and safety procedures
• Follow USDA inspectors, HACCP, and SSOPs standards
• Physically perform lifting tasks (up to 20-30 lbs) and work in cold environments (32°F to 6°F)

Required Skills & Tools 🛠️

• Quality Assurance experience or related industrial background
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and Excel
• Strong personal hygiene and collaborative work ethic
• Action-oriented, self-motivated, and leadership qualities
