Our thriving client is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of their production and manufacturing functions. This is your chance to bring your expertise to a company that values innovation and collaboration.

Position Details

  • Location: Charlotte, NC (Candidates must be local to the area)
  • Salary: $140,000 – $150,000/year with bonus potential 💰
  • Schedule: 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Lead daily operations in production and manufacturing, ensuring optimal use of labor, materials, and time while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability aligned with company objectives.
  • Mentor and manage supervisors and staff to ensure proper training and achievement of operational targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and amplify performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on resource planning, staffing, and capital investments to support business growth.
  • Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, with regular reporting on KPIs related to safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and production scheduling to guarantee operational readiness and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications 🎓

  • 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in leadership/management roles.
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in the printing industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage resources and foster interdepartmental relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment, solving problems with creativity and accountability.
