What We Offer

• Location: Fully onsite in Crystal Lake, IL
• Shift: Morning shift available
• Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually 💰

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Bilingual Director at KC Pallets Inc. Based in Crystal Lake, IL, the ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and lead a team to achieve optimal efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing operational plans
• Fostering strong relationships with clients
• Utilizing bilingual communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Leadership & Management: Strong skills in team management and organization
• Operational Expertise: Ability to develop and execute logistics strategies
• Bilingual Proficiency: English and Spanish preferred, with excellent verbal and written skills
• Customer Relations: Experience managing client relationships and partnerships
• Problem-Solving: Effective decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and quality assurance in logistics or manufacturing
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the pallet industry or similar fields is advantageous
