Position Overview
The Direct Sales Agent Specialist for Auto Insurance (a division of Allstate) is responsible for:
- Driving profitable growth and achieving business goals by acquiring new customers
- Understanding customer needs to build rapport and trust
- Building and maintaining their customer book within the market and retail location
- Cross-selling existing customers and attracting new ones
- Promoting our diverse product offerings including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
- Engaging walk-in customers, conducting marketing calls, and establishing community relationships to foster growth
- Assisting customers both in the office and through outside market efforts

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience (Sales experience preferred)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Compensation & Incentives 💰
Unlicensed Candidates: Starting at $20/hour based on experience
Licensed Candidates: Hourly rate plus incentives, including commissions and bonuses based on performance
