Position Overview 📝🌍

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is perfect for a BCBA passionate about supporting diverse families and ensuring accessible, high-quality care in home and community settings.

What You'll Do 🎯🗣️

• Provide services in both English and Spanish, facilitating effective communication with bilingual families
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Lead Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for the best outcomes
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors for comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay updated on ABA ethical standards and the latest practices in the field

Requirements ✅📄

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field
• Certified Board Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills — written and verbal (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points) 🌟🎓

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT)
• Implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Familiarity with ABA therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
