Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Intern (Korean & English) who is passionate about Asian entertainment and eager to develop their skills in social media advertising, paid campaigns, and analytics. This unpaid internship offers a dynamic environment where you'll work across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X.com, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, while utilizing tools like GA4 to measure and optimize content performance.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
• Content & Social Media Support:
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Adapt and repurpose promotional content (clips, trailers, memes) tailored for each platform.
  • Develop engaging captions and narratives aligned with current social trends.
• Website & Blog Development:
  • Build and manage a company blog using platforms like Wix or other website builders.
  • Curate content and create posts to foster community interaction.
  • Implement open-comment features to increase engagement and discussions.
• Design & Creative Support:
  • Design visually compelling assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Maintain visual storytelling and consistent branding across all content.
• Campaign Execution:
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (giveaways, countdowns, polls).
  • Support email and push notification campaigns with tools like OneSignal or Mailchimp.
  • Track, analyze, and summarize campaign performance metrics.
• Additional Tasks: Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

🎯 Position Requirements

📚 Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience managing digital content, social media, or websites/blogs.

💻 Technical Skills

• Proficiency with website/blog platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Strong skills in managing social media channels—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
• Experience with email/push notification tools like Mailchimp or OneSignal.
• Experience designing with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

✍️ Content & Communication Skills

• Excellent writing and editing abilities for social media and blogs.
• Ability to adapt content based on trends and target audiences.
