About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, reliable individual (not just someone seeking a placeholder job) to join our fast-paced team. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare, read on!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of solid work history (2–3+ years per position preferred)
• Experience in hospitality, service, or retail—you excel at moving quickly, staying organized, and handling people
• Fluent in Spanish and English — this is mandatory
• Aspiring to grow in dental—keen to learn dental terminology, patient concerns, scheduling, software, and treatments
• Dependable: punctual, responsible, and proactive

Your Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from patients 📞
• Making outbound follow-up calls regarding appointments, treatment, and reactivations
• Scheduling patient visits and managing calendars efficiently
• Skillfully handling patient questions and concerns
• Training on dental-specific software and working within a high-output team

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is willing to stay for 2–3 years to develop expertise
• Is reliable, consistent, and accountable—no chronic job-hoppers or no-shows

Schedule

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:15am – 6:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
• Friday & Saturday: 8:15am – 6:00pm
