About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be maintaining data integrity by entering, verifying, and organizing information with meticulous attention to detail. Your efforts will support our team's success by ensuring our data systems are reliable and up to date.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data with high accuracy
• Review and verify information to ensure zero errors
• Cross-check data between systems and reports
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues
• Support reporting and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (a must!)
• Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
