Project Overview

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Swedish-English customer support agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in helping others and can remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating our product into Swedish, using tools designed to simplify the translation process while also moderating others' translations.

Requirements

• Prior customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and oral
• A genuine passion for making customers happy
• Ability to assess each customer's issues effectively
• Experience in dealing with difficult customers or clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in accurate record keeping
• Ability to work well within a team
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Domains, SEO, and Analytics is a plus
• Must be able to work remotely and full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
