Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Deliver exceptional sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction 😊
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products 🗣️
- Build trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail clients 🤝
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently 💳
- Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 📈
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas 📂
- Pick, tint, and mix paint products to customer specifications 🎨
- Restock shelves and create attractive displays 🛒
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of store equipment 🧼
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering products 🚚
- Maintain a tidy and inviting store environment 🏪
- Stay informed on product offerings and discuss options confidently 📚
- Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements 💡
Minimum Requirements ✅
- Must be at least 18 years old age
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) 🌎
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License 🚗
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends 🌅
- If internal, a performance rating of at least “Meets Expectations”
- Completion of required HR eLearning courses
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products 🖌️
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
