About Mahoney Environmental

We are a national leader dedicated to the collection and recycling of restaurant cooking waste materials, serving clients from independent restaurants to large chains and food processing facilities.

Position Details:

  • Location: Hybrid—3 days in the office, 2 days WFH 🏢💻
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm 🗓️
  • Starting Rate: $20.50 – $22.50 per hour 💰
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory 🇪🇸

Your Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle 50-60 inbound calls across multiple service lines 📞
  • Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and support retention efforts 🤝
  • Support sales with data entry, reporting, and follow-up activities 📊
  • Follow safety, environmental, and technical procedures 🔒
  • Create work orders and prioritize issues via email communication 📧
  • Make occasional outbound calls to generate leads, set appointments, and follow up 🗓️
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team success 🔄

What You Can Expect:

  • Work at a desk 7-10 hours a day, managing inbound calls and administrative tasks 💺
  • Engage with customers, sales team members, and internal staff regularly 🤝
  • Operate in a typical office environment with moderate noise and distractions 🏢
  • Use computers, keyboard, and mouse efficiently throughout your shift 💻

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in Spanish (bilingual required) 🇪🇸
  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills 🧩
  • Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette (minimum 40 WPM) 🖥️📞
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 📂
  • Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations 😊
  • Energetic, eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment 🚀
  • Punctual with a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset ⏰🙋‍♂️
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center; inside sales experience is a plus 💼
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs safely 🔥
