We are excited to partner with a thriving insurance agency to bring on two talented Customer Support Specialists to enhance their team!

Annandale, Virginia

Open Positions

• 1 Bilingual Spanish-speaking representative
• 1 Bilingual Korean-speaking representative

📝 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage details.
• Support account management and identify client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Engage in light sales activities, including cross-selling and upselling policies when appropriate.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish or Korean.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred.
• If not currently licensed, a willingness and capability to obtain a P&C license within 30 days of the start date.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, collaborative attitude towards teamwork.
