Position: Bilingual Korean/Vietnamese Customer Support Specialist

Location: Chesterfield, MO & Pittsburgh, PA

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a vital point of contact, assisting patients, healthcare providers, and insurers via phone. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, support pharma programs, and help improve the patient experience. 💬

Responsibilities

  • 📞 Receive inbound calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
  • 🩺 Provide patient care by supporting pharma programs and triaging to appropriate teams when necessary
  • 🎯 Strive to meet and exceed established performance targets
  • 📝 Document call details and data discovery accurately according to procedures
  • 🔎 Use Knowledge Base materials to resolve inquiries effectively
  • 🔒 Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
  • 🛡️ Develop understanding of security and privacy practices within the company
  • 📚 Participate in ongoing education on product updates, features, and launches
  • 💡 Share feedback to enhance the patient experience and improve products, materials, and processes

Requirements

  • 🌏 Bilingual Vietnamese is required, with strong command of English
  • 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 📞 Customer service or inbound call center experience essential
  • 🏥 Healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry experience is highly desirable
  • 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 💻 Technical aptitude, analytical skills, good judgment, and operational focus
  • ❤️ Passionate about delivering top-notch patient care
  • 🤝 Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams
  • 🖥️ Quick learner with ability to adapt to new software and technologies

Location & Working Hours

  • 🕗 Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts)
  • 🗓️ Rotating Saturdays once a month
  • ⏰ Availability Monday through Friday with shifts between 8am-9pm (e.g., 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm)
  • 🔄 Flexible scheduling that may evolve based on business needs
  • 📍 Onsite location: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017
