We are seeking Bilingual Customer Support Specialists proficient in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese. This is a fully on-site role available in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh or Chesterfield, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls to resolve routine and complex issues with patients, doctors, and insurers 📞
- Provide exceptional patient care and support pharma programs 🤝
- Identify the right teams for issue triage 🏥
- Strive to meet and surpass performance metrics 🎯
- Document calls and data accurately according to operating procedures 📝
- Utilize Knowledge Base materials for inquiry resolution 📚
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information 🔐
- Develop knowledge of security and privacy practices 🔒
- Participate in ongoing education on product updates and launches 🎓
- Contribute feedback to enhance patient experience and product development 💡
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese, with strong English skills 🗣️
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred 🎓
- Experience in customer service or call centers required 📞
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related fields highly preferred 🏥
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✍️
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and good judgment ⚙️
- Passion for delivering top-tier patient care ❤️
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams 🤝
Location & Hours
Availability Monday through Friday during one of the following shifts:
- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Open to rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM – 5 PM EST and flexible scheduling as needed.
