Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Support Specialists 💬

Proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese required. This is a fully on-site position located in:

  • Robinson Township, Pittsburgh
  • Chesterfield, Missouri

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Handle inbound calls addressing routine and new issues involving patients, doctors, and insurers
  • Provide accurate patient care support to facilitate pharma programs and escalate as needed
  • Aim to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Document call details and data according to operating procedures
  • Utilize Knowledge Base resources to resolve inquiries effectively
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
  • Understand security and privacy practices within the company
  • Engage in ongoing education on product updates, features, and launches
  • Share feedback with management to enhance the patient experience and product offerings

Prerequisites & Skills ✅

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese, with strong English skills
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or inbound call centers required
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical skills, and sound judgment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Quick learner capable of mastering complex software systems

Work Schedule & Flexibility 🕒

  • Availability Monday-Friday, with shifts such as 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, 11 AM–7 PM, 12 PM–8 PM, or 1 PM–9 PM EST
  • Option for four 10-hour days from 10 AM–8 PM EST
  • Rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM–5 PM EST
  • Scheduling is flexible to accommodate business needs over time
