About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers via phone and email, ensuring a smooth ticketing experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced, remote call center environment operating 7 days a week — with no overnight shifts! Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support to Etix patrons via phone and email
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, order issues, and event inquiries
- Accurately document and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Manage high-volume inquiries in a remote setting
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet connection
Qualifications 📋
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster positive team relationships
- Strong computer skills with quick learning ability
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms

Scheduling & Availability 🕒
Phone shifts are scheduled in Eastern Time during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
