About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers via phone and email, ensuring a smooth ticketing experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced, remote call center environment operating 7 days a week — with no overnight shifts! Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional support to Etix patrons via phone and email
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, order issues, and event inquiries
  • Accurately document and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Manage high-volume inquiries in a remote setting
  • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet connection

Qualifications 📋

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster positive team relationships
  • Strong computer skills with quick learning ability
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week
  • Willingness to work weekends and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms

  • A dedicated high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential
  • Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA

Scheduling & Availability 🕒

Phone shifts are scheduled in Eastern Time during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
