Passionate about music and bilingual in Korean and English? We're looking for friendly, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to become part of our all-remote team supporting a leading global music streaming platform!
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with platform navigation, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring an exceptional listening experience. Your main responsibility will be to respond to inbound customer inquiries in both Korean and English. Please note: All qualified applicants will need to complete language assessments in both languages.
Orientation Hours (Pacific Time) 🕗
- Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week during an 8-week orientation period.
- Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM
- Phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between 9 AM - 10 PM
Available Production Hours (Pacific Time) 🕒
- Daily: 9 AM - 10 PM
Project Commitments 📅
- Average of 25 hours per week
- At least 12 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
- 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)

Who Are You? 🤔
- You love creating personalized, memorable experiences for customers.
- You're skilled at delivering top-tier customer support and solving issues swiftly.
- You have experience managing inbound messaging support and stay calm under pressure.
- You've handled 3-5 chats simultaneously in previous roles.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with professional-level communication skills in both.
Workspace Requirements 💻
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
- A stable broadband internet connection (minimum speed: 25 Mbps)
- At least 8 GB of RAM (more is better!)
- Dual monitors are strongly recommended for optimal workflow
