Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with platform navigation, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless listening experience. You'll respond to inquiries via inbound messages in both Italian and English.
Important Details
Language Assessments: All applicants must complete language tests in both Italian and English.
Orientation Hours (Pacific Time)
- 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period
- Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM – 1 PM
- Phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between 9 AM – 10 PM
Available Production Hours (Pacific Time)
- Daily: 9 AM – 10 PM
Project Commitments
- 25 hours per week
- 12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday
- 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)

Who Are You?
- You're passionate about creating personalized, memorable customer experiences.
- You excel at delivering top-tier support and quickly resolving issues.
- You have experience managing 3-5 simultaneous chats while staying cool under pressure.
- You’re fluent in Italian and English with professional-level communication skills.
Workspace Requirements
- A dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
- Reliable broadband internet connection with minimum speed of 25 Mbps
- At least 8 GB RAM (more preferred!)
- Dual monitors strongly recommended for optimal workflow
