EMBARK Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Success Representative
Embark Student Corp. is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Representative (Mandarin or Cantonese/English) dedicated to delivering exceptional support and fostering positive customer experiences. Overview
Join us on a meaningful 3-month contract starting from July to September 2026, with potential to extend based on business needs. We are looking for a natural communicator, active listener, and proactive problem solver to help us support our community until September 2025.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experience to Embark customers and prospects.
- Identify customer needs and provide optimal solutions or guidance aligned with customer interests.
- Become a subject matter expert in RESP, assisting with related inquiries over phone, email, and online chat, including contributions, payments, and account management.
- Encourage digital engagement by guiding customers to self-serve and digital options, referring them to licensed specialists and sales teams as needed.
- Take ownership of challenges, identifying gaps and opportunities to keep customers on track and satisfied.
- Enhance customer experience by continuously seeking improvements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer information ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively: support teammates, step in during absences, and lead on key projects.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
- Support hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern Time), with flexible scheduling.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- At least one year experience providing outstanding customer service or working in support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and active listening abilities.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing customer records.
- Proven time management skills; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Customer Success Centre.
- Bilingual proficiency required: fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
