EMBARK Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Success Representative

Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Success Representative (Mandarin or Cantonese/English) 🌟

Embark on a rewarding career helping families achieve their children's educational dreams through expert support and service excellence. We are seeking a passionate communicator fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English to join us until September 2025, with potential for extension.

Position Details 📅

This is a 3-month contract position from July to September 2026, with chances for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to Embark customers and prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and provide the best solutions or guidance in their interests.
  • Become a subject matter expert for RESP, assisting with related services via phone, email, and online chat — including contributions, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Guide customers to leverage digital and self-serve options, and refer to licensed specialists or sales teams when appropriate.
  • Take ownership of challenges as they arise, identifying gaps and opportunities to keep customers on track.
  • Seek continuous ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Organize customer information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Act as both a team player and leader: support colleagues, fill in for absences, and lead important projects.
  • Support customers during operational hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Eastern Time). Work schedule may vary weekly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 📋

  • At least one year of customer service or support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving under multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the Customer Success Centre.

Bilingual requirement: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) & English.
