Bilingual Customer Success Representative

Location: Flexible Local Office | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Champion customer success through onboarding, training, and ongoing support
• Build strong relationships and advocate for customers at every touchpoint
• Develop strategies that drive retention and enhance internal efficiency

Who You Are:

• Two years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar experience
• Exceptional listener and communicator with a passion for relationships
• Self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented
• Experience with SaaS, insure-tech, or benefits administration a plus
