🎯 The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll unlock maximum ROI for our large, complex customers and help sculpt a robust customer lifecycle model that supports and expands our business. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing account plans that:
    • Re-engage inactive or at-risk strategic accounts
    • Boost product and feature adoption among strategic accounts
    • Improve customer health scores
    • Minimize churn rates

You will also provide valuable feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to help enhance our self-service experience and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Own and nurture the success of large, complex event creators.
  • Trusted Advisor: Offer strategic guidance to maximize platform results.
  • Advocacy: Champion creators' feedback within Eventbrite and share their success stories.
  • Training & Education: Deliver platform training and onboard new features to creators and team members.
  • Monitoring & Analysis: Track performance metrics and proactively address challenges.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Measure KPIs, customer satisfaction, and account health.
  • Retention: Lead outreach to ensure ongoing client growth and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, contributing to our global team’s success.

💼 Required Skillset

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Customer Success/Account Management roles.
  • Educational background: HS/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing customer outcomes with SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of the ticketing or live events industry is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required.

  • Experience working with live event creators or in the ticketing industry.
  • Experience with cross-promoting and upselling products.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL.
  • Background in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Passion for live events and active Eventbrite user.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $74,300 – $133,800 USD. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location factors. Additionally, you may qualify for incentive programs including equity, bonuses, and commissions.
