What You Will Do 📋
Deliver Exceptional Value
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Develop collaborative action plans outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Lead onboarding processes, guiding customers through training and adoption, ensuring their success and satisfaction at each phase.
- Organize webinars, events, and share case studies to foster community building and knowledge sharing among customers.
Collaborate For Success
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to tailor effective solutions.
- Create strategic plans for managing client relationships and develop compelling business cases for long-term growth.
- Promote proven strategies, methods, and processes that lead to success.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine strategies, improve solutions, and elevate customer satisfaction.
What You Bring To The Table ✅
- Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth.
- Strategic Consultative Approach: Ability to translate business goals into actionable outcomes that align with customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about exceeding expectations and building trust-based relationships.
- Collaborative Spirit: Enthusiastic about partnership and cross-functional teamwork.
- Adaptability: Growth-minded, open to feedback, quick learner, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Compensation
On-target earnings for this role range between \$130,000 - \$170,000 annually. This range is subject to change based on various factors, including experience and performance.
