What You Will Do 📋

Deliver Exceptional Value:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption, ensuring satisfaction along the way.
  • Organize webinars, events, and share success stories to foster community and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate For Success:

  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Create strategic plans for relationship management and develop compelling business cases for growth.
  • Promote proven strategies, methods, and processes to achieve success.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You Bring To The Table ✅

  • Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of driving adoption and growth.
  • Strategic Approach: Ability to translate business goals into actionable outcomes and processes.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for exceeding expectations and building trust-based relationships.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in teamwork and fostering meaningful client partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Growth mindset, quick learner, and responsive to feedback in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills: Full proficiency in English and Portuguese required.

Compensation

Target earnings for this role range between \$130,000 and \$170,000 annually. This range may vary based on various factors, as DataSnipper considers individual circumstances during compensation decisions.
