About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will provide essential roadside assistance support to customers by managing inbound calls and coordinating with service providers. Using modern dispatch technology, you'll assist with tire changes, jump starts, and towing services. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Accountabilities

• Answer inbound calls from members requiring roadside assistance 🚗

• Apply professional communication and active listening skills to support members effectively
• Follow scripts and procedures to handle various scenarios, including de-escalation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
