Job Summary
At The Restaurant Store, we are seeking dedicated candidates fluent in both Spanish and English to enhance our customer service experience. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, your role will be pivotal in fostering customer loyalty and contributing to our global growth in the foodservice industry.
Responsibilities 📋
- Communicate effectively: Engage with Spanish and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about order statuses and product inquiries.
- Provide solutions: Offer friendly, efficient, and accurate support to drive customer loyalty and increase sales.
- Analyze issues: Listen to customer concerns, investigate problems, and deliver strategic solutions in both languages.
- Update customers: Keep clients informed with the latest order updates and product information.
- Coordinate with teams: Report product or service issues within the department and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Maintain professionalism: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with a professional attitude.
- Adaptability: Remain flexible and open to change as the company evolves.
- Strategic initiatives: Use proactive thinking to position The Restaurant Store as an industry leader.
- Industry knowledge: Learn about foodservice products and the industry landscape.
- Customer guidance: Assist customers navigating our website and provide product recommendations online.
Physical Requirements 🏋️♂️
- Operate while sitting or standing, interfacing with a computer.
- Communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Utilize hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
- Occasionally bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Remote Work Qualifications 💻
- Reliable, secure high-speed internet (preferably cable or fiber, at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload).
- Home router and modem access.
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office space with a strong wireless or wired connection.
- Physical address (PO boxes not supported).
- Ability to communicate and collaborate through chat, webcam, etc.
- Legal residents of specific states (see list), with W2 employment only — no H-1B sponsorship.
Experience & Education
Ideally, candidates will have a college degree or relevant work experience. However, no formal degree is required — we value skills, experience, and alignment with our core values above all.
