Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 😊
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone by understanding needs and presenting suitable products
- Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail clients
- Manage sales transactions accurately and according to policies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain detailed work order files and formulas
- Pull products from sales floor or warehouse
- Mix and tint products to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up attractive displays
- Clean store equipment regularly
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Support delivery activities as needed
- Maintain a well-stocked and tidy store environment
- Stay informed on product offerings and discuss options with customers
- Follow inventory control procedures
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales performance
Minimum Requirements ✔️
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English and Spanish
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- If internal candidate: Achieved at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on recent performance appraisals and completed required HR Cloud eLearning courses
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Previous experience selling paint or related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
