Position Overview
Customer Service Specialists work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their requirements, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend ideal solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Promptly resolve customer concerns to maximize client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store
- Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals
Location & Schedule
This role is based at Store 2299, located at:
903 Mebane Oaks Rd, Mebane, NC, 27302It is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a starting salary of $17.40 per hour.
