About the Role 🎯

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend optimal solutions. Your effort ensures maximum customer satisfaction, supports store standards, and helps achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Connect with customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring an excellent service experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, following store policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix as per customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure store cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when required.
  • Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay updated on product features and discuss options confidently.
  • Participate in inventory control procedures and suggest improvements in sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products or operating tinting/mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Russian.
