Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. You will also contribute to achieving the store’s sales objectives while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
