About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions related to Sherwin-Williams products. Your commitment to exceptional service will help maximize client satisfaction and ensure our store maintains high quality and visual standards. 🎨🤝

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services.
  • Build trust and relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
  • Process sales accurately following company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Mix and tint products according to customer specifications.
  • Set up displays and keep shelves well-stocked.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety, including cleaning equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and propose available options to customers.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Experience selling paint and related products, operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Multilingual abilities, including proficiency in Russian.
