About the Role 🏢

Customer Service Specialists collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend ideal solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring maximum satisfaction. Staying current with product features and maintaining high visual and quality standards are key aspects of this role. The goal is to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products and services.
• Build trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
• Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up attractive displays.
• Clean equipment and ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Support delivery operations as needed.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and well-presented.
• Stay informed about product options and discuss them with customers.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.

Minimum Requirements ✅

• At least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• If internal, at least a “meets expectations” (3) performance rating.
• Completion of required HR training if internal.

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• High School diploma or GED.
• One or more years of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
• Experience selling paint or related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
