Overview of the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Your role is vital in resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining product quality standards, and helping the store reach its sales goals. 🤝

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product recommendations
- Build trust relationships with customers and clients
- Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Manage work order files and formulas
- Pull, tint, and mix products to meet customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and equipment
- Support deliveries by loading/unloading trucks and assisting with customer deliveries
- Ensure areas are well-stocked and presentable
- Stay knowledgeable on product offerings and discuss options confidently
- Follow inventory procedures and contribute ideas to boost sales
Qualifications 📝
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment (no sponsorship needed)
- Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- If internal applicant: received a “meets expectations” (3) or higher in recent performance appraisals and completed required HR training
Preferred Skills & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
