Overview

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend suitable solutions. They are committed to resolving customer concerns promptly, staying current with product features, and upholding the high standards of our store and products. Achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales targets are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via phone 📞🤝
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services 🛍️
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers 🏗️
• Process sales transactions accurately, following policies and procedures 💳
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals 🎯
• Maintain precise work order files and calculations 📂
• Pull products from shelves or the warehouse as needed 📦
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications 🎨
• Stock shelves and set up promotional displays 🖼️
• Clean and maintain store equipment 🧼
• Load and unload delivery trucks 🚚
• Assist with store deliveries when required 🚛
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing 🏪
• Stay informed about product offerings and discuss options with customers 💬
• Follow inventory control procedures 📊
• Suggest ways to improve sales and store operations 💡

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old 🎂
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship 🛂
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License 🚗
• Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally 🔧
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends ⏰

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED 📜
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service 🛍️
• Experience selling paint and related products 🎨
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment 🧪
• Multilingual abilities, especially in Russian 🇷🇺
