About the Role
Customer Service Specialists collaborate closely with customers to identify their needs, answer product inquiries, and recommend the best solutions. Their responsibilities include resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining high product quality and visual standards, and achieving the store’s sales targets. This full-time position is based at Store #2299, located at:
903 Mebane Oaks Rd,Mebane, NC, 27302
Working 40 hours per week, the starting salary for this role is $17.40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 🤝
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products 🗣️
- Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers 💼
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently 💳
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 🎯
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas 📂
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed 🏷️
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications 🎨
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain a clean store environment 🧹
- Assist with deliveries and load/unload trucks 🚚
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presentable 🛍️
- Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers 🧠
- Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies 💡
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old 📅
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship 📝
- Proficient in English and Spanish languages 🗣️🌎
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License 🚗
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation 💪
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled 🕒
- If internal, must have received at least a "meets expectations" rating on the recent performance review ✅
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED 🎓
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service 🛍️
- Previous experience selling paint and related products 🎨
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment 🖌️
