Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Solar Customer Service Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both languages and possess excellent communication skills to assist our diverse customer base with inquiries and concerns related to their solar systems.

Responsibilities

  • 🌟 Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • 🛠️ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to solar energy systems, including installation, operation, billing, incentives, and maintenance.
  • 🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when needed.
  • 💡 Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, our products, and services, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • 📝 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: In-office from 10:00am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday: Remote from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications

  • 🗣️ Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral).
  • 💼 Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the solar energy industry, is highly desirable.
  • 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and resolve issues diplomatically.
  • 💖 Utilize empathy and soft skills to de-escalate highly emotional situations and ensure quality customer interactions.
  • 🧮 Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
