Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English 🗣️
• Insurance sales experience and licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) are preferred.
• Experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
• A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening skills 📝🎧
• Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking 🔄
• Ability to effectively relate to customers 🤝
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) 📝
