Position Details

Location & Transition

Initially, training will be held onsite for approximately the first month. Following training, employees will transition to work from home or a designated workspace of their choosing.

Schedule Options

  • Day Shift:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Evening Shift:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Part-time employees may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles in the future.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, offering professional support via phone and chat. Key duties include:

  • Answering inbound support calls and chats regarding new and existing accounts 🗣️
  • Assisting customers with billing, account setup, payments, and account access 💳
  • Providing accurate information and aiming for first-call resolution 🎯
  • Documenting interactions and updating account details within internal systems 📝
  • Creating support tickets for technical assistance when needed 🖥️
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer information 🔒
  • Performing clerical and administrative tasks as assigned 📂
  • Adopting a positive, professional, and solution-focused attitude with customers 😊

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 🏫
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous customer service, call center, or intake support experience (preferred) 🎧
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone 📞
  • Ability to handle inbound/intake calls—outbound calls are not required 📲
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills 🧩
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills 🗃️
  • Capable of working under pressure ⏱️
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 💻
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM (preferred) ⌨️
  • Strong work history with favorable references 👍
